Today we are finishing up this week’s Mountain Language. The quiz will be tomorrow.

We are also finishing chapter 16 and reading chapter 17. We will not get to chapter 18 today, so the quiz for chapters 13-18 will not be until Monday.

Homework tonight is to study for the Mountain Language quiz. Have a nice evening!

Today we completed #6-10 in Mountain Language. Then, we read chapters 13 and 14 in our novel, Hoot. We are having two quizzes on Friday, one on Mountain Language (it will be exactly the same as what we’ve done this week), and the other over chapters 13-18 in our book.

Today we began a new week of Mountain Language. There will be a quiz this Friday.

We also had our quiz over chapters 7-12. Grades for this quiz will be on this week’s progress reports.

Then, we went over the handout for chapter 13 and 14 and began reading chapter 13. The quiz for chapters 13-18 will be Friday as well.

Today we finished through chapter 12. Monday will be the quiz over ch. 7-12. It will be just like the one we took Monday (vocab. and chapter questions). The handouts for these chapters will also be collected on Monday for a classwork grade.

Homework is to study for the quiz. Have a nice weekend!

Today we read chapters 5 and 6 in our novel, Hoot. We also went over the vocabulary words and the questions for each chapter. There will be a quiz on Monday over the vocabulary words and these questions. I will also collect the handouts we’ve gone over in class on Monday.

Today we read chapter 4 in our novel, Hoot. We have gone over the questions for chapters 1-4. Tomorrow we will read chapter 5 and 6 and we’ll go over those vocabulary words and questions.

Monday we will have a quiz over chapters 1-6. The quiz questions will come from the vocabulary words for chapters 1-6 and the questions we have gone over. Also, on Monday, I will collect the vocabulary/question sheets for chapters 1-6 for a classwork grade.

There is no homework assignment tonight.
